Yay! We made it through 2018.
Can’t believe we are now in our third year of operations. It has been a wonderful journey thus far with our growth and we’re so excited to see what 2019 will be for us. Many things happening for sure!
From the scorching summer weather to the rained out music festivals 2018 was a year of challenges, but we digress and thoroughly enjoyed it all.

We have met many patrons throughout as we served different events and locations and many have become fans or ambassadors of our business and for that, we are so grateful. We enjoy the feedback from everyone and hope that as Laovin It continues so will our customer base who we can’t wait to call friends.
Nashville is a transient city. As many new faces come by to experience the food we serve some end up having to say goodbye too soon due to job relocation or circumstances. But, many of you have already stopped back to visit us and that means so much to know that our “Basil Fried Rice” is still on your mind. We’re so happy that our food was a means for something greater and to connect with everyone beyond it is why we do what we do.

From Savoriest to the Greatest
Put a gold star for us, please! So, after two years with various menu items on rotation, our “Chicken Basil Fried Rice” is still the 
reigning champion and is our top-selling item. Whoop! Whoop!
Some of you love it without the spice and some love it made (Native) with our delicious Jeow-Bong chili paste.
We hope to see Nashville embrace this wonderful version of “chicken & rice” dish. So, let Nashville know fans that Laovin It has got the best Fried Rice in town!
2019 for Laovin It?
We get asked…”So, when are you guys going to open up a fixed location?” We wish we could give you the good news now, but all in due time. We are working hard to satisfy those who long for Laovin It to grow into a place where they can come anytime, when they want and consume all the yummy goodness they want without having to look for us. Eating from a food truck takes effort right? You can’t always wait for the stars to align just to eat.
Can’t wait for a permanent place!

This is the same chili paste we use for our fried rice when requested spicy or “native”. Delicious! It is available. Get some!
Do not forget our famous sauce of all…”YUM YUM” sauce. We are planning to have that bottled up for you guys soon enough and will be available for purchase in our online store.
